Ladies and Gentleman, although Wicked Motor Works is the icon for building Custom Porsche Wide Body Cars, we also dabble in some other interesting custom exotic cars from time to time.

So here is what we did, we had an Aston Martin Vanquish and we noticed that the chassis set up is very close to the Jaguar XK8, so we though, why not mold the body of the Vanquish and fabricate it to fit not just a Jaguar XK8, but a convertible Jaguar XK8. We thought, what a great idea.

We could have a rare and never before seen "Convertible Aston Martin Vanquish" with out having the  EXPENSIVE repairs, upkeep and UNRELIABILITY of the original Aston Martin Vanquish at a third of the price of an original Vanquish. We had spent over $40,000.00 just for our original Vanquish's replacement transmission. This is what inspired us to build a convertible Vanquish on a Jaguar XK8

We started out with a 1998 Jaguar XK8 Convertible in perfect condition. Black on Black with Burl Wood Interior Accents. Then we removed all the body panels and replaced them with the fiberglass body panels we molded off of our original Aston Martin Vanquish. But obviously an Aston Martin Vanquish Body is not just going to fit right on to a Jaguar Body. There was months of fabrication work to finally make the Vanquish Body Panels fit on the Jaguar chassis. But we finally did it and it looks incredible. We used a lot of original factory Aston Martin Vanquish parts, front grills, front marker and fog lights, Hood Grills, Fender Grills, Front emblem, side fender blinker, rear marker lights, rear reflector lights, rear emblem, and Vanquish Wheels. The headlights are custom Vanquish style headlights (made from Porsche Headlights components, the taillights are Vanquish style taillights but not original Vanquish taillights, The body is completed molded from an original Vanquish and looks spellbinding. The interior is all Black Leather with Burl Wood Trim, The Top is a Power Top in matching Black color, so the car is a Tripple Black. The vehicle has full power features from Power Convertible Top, Power Windows, Power mirrors, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Seats, Black Leather Interior. Rear Seats, AC System, AM/FM CD Stereo System with 6-disc CD Changer in the trunk, Dual Airbags, Steering Wheel Controls, Factory Alarm System with Keyless entry, Automatic Transmission, 87K miles on excellent 8cyl engine.
